executive actions

I think some of these will cause a shite storm. He violates HIPAA on some of these. He is also going after the NFA gun trusts.

There have been less than 10, legal, NFA guns used in crimes since 1934...

you still have to do a 4473 with a NFA purchase. All the trust does is bypass the CLO and fingerprints

Complete BS. Like any criminal is going to go through the trouble and expense to get a supressor. They are punishing legal gun owners just to say they are doing something.

What they're getting at is even though you fill out the 4473 the dealer marks box 22 and does not submit a NICS check.

Well I would have to agree they are the most dangerous, but wick brought up a huge fact and that's my issue.

All i got from that was that the feds are going to be creating a list of all gun owners.

So if I post a few of my personal guns online and sell them I'm " in the business" and subject to $250K fine? Nice

fricking POS president! Just made having an NFA trust almost pointless. Of course he does this before I can afford to buy a bunch of supressors.

Link that's a worthwhile read on statistics of gun violence

quote:

What gets lost in the debate is the fact that when it comes to gun violence, mass shootings really aren’t the problem. That is, as horrific as they are and as often as they seem to be occurring, “less than 2 percent of more than 33,000 gun deaths in [America] are due to mass shootings,”

quote:

More specifically, "among whites, 77 percent of gun deaths are suicides. But among black Americans, 82 percent of gun deaths are homicides."

Only if you sell a gun or 2 and also meet an undefined set of perimeters or stipulations that they, the feds, make up.

most dangerous of all...they can/will make it unprofitable or make guns too expensive by forcing implementation of their requirements based on their studies...

not to mention the suggested RFID chips embedded in all future guns...tracking the movement of any gun and user will be easily achieved...
