Been at work since 5 and giddy like a teenager to go hang two lock on setups today! Anybody else hanging stands today to be ready for the opener?

I hung stands in June bruh. Giddy is not even close to what I feel. Especially since this may be the first opener since god knows when that I don’t break in a full sweat getting to my spots.

The recent temps where I’m at have me revved out. The wait is about over. One more lock-on to hang and I’m ready myself.

Might be on a coronacation for about 10 days. The timing is perfect.

I don’t have the option to hang them early yet! One day I will own a hunting spot. Place I’m at only allows them 48 hours before opener. Scouted our spot a month ago and had a 6 point on the trail at 30 yards. So I’m excited as hell

Of course, the one fricking year that I won't be able to hunt the opener, it's going to be absolutely perfect weather.

I wasn't sure if I'd be off work for the first part. Now, I'm not just sure. I'm covid19 positive.

You could hang em and remove the steps.

Or put one set of steps in the middle backwards, we did this on some land inside the city limits once. We had a problem with neighborhood kids getting in our stands for fun.

Put one section of steps backwards about half way up the tree and it would screw them up

We put up a double ladder last month. Always an adventure! Super pumped for this season.
