I have a few projects around my place which include:
1) Pressure washing exterior.
2) Applying Vinyl Renu to vinyl siding (I guess this is a good idea...the siding is oxidized).
3) Sealing down some shingles that are blowing up.
4) Sealing 1/4 inch gaps around boots in ac ceiling vents and bath exhausts. (best stuff to use for this?

I'd imagine some heavy duty exterior caulk and then some Great Stuff spray foam insulation.
Also if you have some shingles that are blowing up, you probably have some water damage to the roof. May want to get that looked at too.

This can be done very easily with a caulk gun and some black jack roof cement.
