MeWe has a Sportsman and Hunting Group and then communities you can join that focus on all kinds of firearms and related topics, and there’s a very good chance that you have a local online community near you.

Ironically, when I come to this board I'm looking for more hunting and fishing reports and discussion. And less about guns. The gun talk on this board is -- in my eyes -- hyper detailed and technical. I've been around guns my whole life and when I open a gun thread on here I basically have no idea what they're talking about. It's all way over my head.

The gun guys definitely need a place where they can speak their own language.
This board is getting big enough to where it probably needs to split into a Hunting and Fishing board. And a Guns and Ammo board.
