I don't either. I see a lot of folks with pipe racks built on their fourwheelers so that they can put a pirogue on top over their head to get around needing a trailer. It's not like the rule is hidden or hard to interpret, though. If you read the pamphlet it's hard to miss.

You can pull boats with a bike on other refuges like Lake Ophelia, but I know they all have different rules.

Last year was the first time I'd seen one in the 5 I've been hunting out there. I'd shot a doe and was waiting on a buddy to bring his dog. He checked my license and told me to make sure to tag it.
