Maybe Xmas morning for some of you.

Had a good run between Christmas and New Years. Killed this 145” 10 point following a doe at 9:20 AM on the 27th. Killed the 138” 8 Point from the same stand at 8 AM on the 31st as he was cruising.
Watched a 110” 8 pt breed a doe on the 28th. Needless to say, I’ve been very blessed this past week. Real happy to have my son home from college. He helped me recover both bucks and did most of the skinning.

Great deer, but you don't look too excited about them in the pictures. I'd be grinning like a fool if I shot those deer. Gotta smile baw.

This thread could be made today. But whoever said Christmas was on the money for me. Killed my biggest that day.
But I'm seeing some big deer chasing does right now. One trail camera has a 4 pt challenge a big 8 or 9. 4pt got arse kicked with the quickness. I think he had little man(deer)syndrome.
