If you live near a few other homes you can put out a hook at night, and it isnt too big, then pull it up the bank and knock the ever loving shite out of it with a marucci cat5 baseball bat. That quarter size kill shot will expand to about 2 3/4 inches I have heard.

big hook on nylon rope.
tied to something secure.
bait with something that stinks. (roadkill works)
hang it above the water line overnight.
once bait has been taken, tight line him in slowly and 22mag to the sweet spot.
none of the swamp people BS

There are removal services that will lawfully remove and relocate them. Just google for your area and you’ll find one
“Relocate” them up the road then it swims back to the same property, the owner calls wildlife again, and wildlife calls the trapper again. Trapper gets the money, you get to keep the gator.

Use your head and don’t post this question on the internet. Then find a “baw” and take him to the gator.

I had one about 3ft or so. The guy with a camp across the street from me. He for years, was a Nuisance Guy, DWF had him on a call list. I called him, we took a treble hook and a rod and reel. Caught it, taped the mouth. Took it over the levee, placed it back in spillway. This was my place in Pierre Part/ Belle River. I could have called Troy or one of the others. But didn’t want to bother.
