is the public ramp behind the hospital still open to the public. Thinking about a river bass trip in the next few days

It is public but silted in pretty bad. Best option is the public ramp behind the shell station off Main St. if you are coming from Covington, right at the Sheriff department and right at the next light. Follow dirt road down a half mile or so to the river.
