Sent mine off on Feb 5th. Still no word.

From what I've heard, they do them in batches. They get "x" amount of applications, then process them all at once. If you catch the beginning of the batch, you wait 2 months. If you catch the end of the batch, you get them in 3-4 weeks.

my parents did theirs at the same time. my mom got hers in about 4 weeks and my dad still hasn't gotten his.
