Man frick a lease. The cheapes one I found this year was 700 and I was going to have to do a lot of work on it. so not worth it. I'm no OT baller. If I could find a decent peice of land that I could afford I would rather buy it. I finally found one strip of land. 27 acres of sweet hunting and fishing property. No buildings on it at all. 203,000.00. Holy shite. No cell signal in the middle of no where. I guess they are too lazy to lease it or turn it into a camp ground them selves so they are going to try and make all their money up front....

If you think Stealing spots is bad, just wait until someone steals your game.

I'm guessing it like skeet shooting but with live birds.

You actually can call crows so there is that added element but pretty spot on.

Thankful to be a land owner. Duck hunting is the only thing I get a lease for or hunt public so I understand the issue of others and a lot of hunters not understanding the sportsmanship.

Ah, I didn't notice your location. I'm normally only in Alabama on gamedays.

If you like wingshooting you should give it a try sometime on your land. Lots of fun if you have a big population.

Pretty spot on but the skeet are very smart.

Thinning the population is beneficial to crops and other wildlife IMO. Not much different than shooting coyotes or overpopulated hogs.

I tried that when I used to turkey hunt. Never worked for me. Slammed truck door did though

This works better than anything else I ever tried

I crow hunted with a tape player and a crow call casset. When they came in I shot 2 boxes of shells as fast as I could load my gun. As long as they dont see you, they just keep flying around

I would be amazed if a deer club gave anyone "small game" rights...

Many leases have even bigger problems.

My last deer lease did not allow duck hunting. The biggest lakes were leased to another group for morning hunts only. They drove in, hunted then left.

I don't hunt right now, only fish, for that reason. In SC, I have heard some horror story's about public hunting land, mainly duck and dove. People not looking where they aim. Buddy of mine watched a guy wing a duck and then when it's flapping on the water and trying to get away he yells "I'm taking him out" when he's right in front of their blind. They had a huge argument. I am waiting until my wife finishes school and then I will get back into hunting but I will have to have a gameplan.

So I'm currently looking for wma's to hunt in Georgia and everyone is pretty much telling me I am wasting my time if I'm used to Louisiana. They say its all woodrows and a big duck is a great reward.

Back on subject, I have never had a bad experience on a wma in South La. I can only imagine the idiots out there though, duck dynasty doesn't help.
