Got an old side by side 12 gauge shotgun from my parents house today. It was my grandfathers that he got from a client who couldn't pay him for his work 30 years ago. It says ERA on in and FIE made in Brazil. Anyone know anything about these guns?

It has double trigger and is a heavy gun.

Fair gun. Good for doves, quail, pheasant. DON'T shoot steel shot in it.

Was marketed as a utility or low-cost option for the sxs market. In good shape it will bring about $250.

Thanks for replies. Didn't plan on selling it bc figured it wasn't worth much, was more just curious if it was decent gun or had any history to it.

Yea, I just figured GB was a good place to see some pics of similar guns.
