Whichever one i can find. I had 10 or so but im probably down to 3. My wife drove my truck yesterday I had a Benchmade sitting on the hood that I was opening up cardboard rod shipping tunes.

I'm just going to go with $30 jobbers from now on because I set them down everywhere.

How do you like the angled point? I looked at a few similar to that, but I just couldn't pull the trigger.

I've become a fan of Finch Knives. I have the Cherry Bomb and I really like it. They have some cool ones coming out later this year.

I saw that. It made quick work of that hog. Better suited than my Japanese chef knife. It’s a beast. I love it. Will definitely be adding to my collection. A friend of a buddy of mine had one at dinner. It’s an eye catcher.

If any of yall are in slidell or metairie, go check out northshore/southshore knives, watches, and clocks. Really great selection of knives.

I was out at dinner with some clients and the waitress forgot to bring out my steak knife after asking about 3 times. I got tired of it and pulled out my trapper to eat my steak

If you can't be expected to cut a steak with a table knife, how can you be expected to chew it?

Currently a Kershaw Chive 1.9" blade.

Unless I'm wearing slacks... Then it's a Klein 2 1/4"

I'm currently carrying the Chive as well, until my Spyderco comes in. I just think the Chive is a little too small. But its razor sharp. I heard, because of the shape of the blade, that its tough to sharpen. Have you sharpened yours yet? I'm not very good at sharpening.

I'm not good either but I have a Worksharp that takes the skill out of it.
