Not that hard to do actually

I'd love to be a land manager. Really wanna start a company where I come to your property with equipment and build it for you. Plots, clearings, ponds, plantings, etc

Agent for Mossy Oak Properties would be badass. Or working with Louisiana Land Bank or First South Farm Credit.

This would be sweet. Only thing nicer is to have enough land that doing this on your on land would take up all your time. If that was the case it would mean I would be wiping my arse with $ and wouldnt have to wrry about working. AKA Ted Turner, man can go from one border to the other without ever leaving his land, super jelly.

I could go into it if you need a good one (and can pay enough).

Yea only prob with doing it on your own land is you can only build so much and then the rest is maintenance.

Doing others property its always something new and would make great connections

Come on guys if your slacking in school ya jus gotta knuckle up and do the fricking studying.

LSU and others aint hard if ya jus do the minimum.

A degree is the most rewarding thing you will obtain in your life, specially when your buds dont have one.

Hunker down now, have fun later......

Staying in school and "just getting a degree" was the worst decision I made in my life. I had too many people giving me that advice. I should've taken a break, figured out what I wanted, adn then went back.

Seriously, I have worked on some different projects, a couple WRP ones and what not. Also have a connection to the largest distributor of seed in the SE.

A degree holder will almost EVERY time trump a non-degree piss arse or otherwise job.

You as a bus owner, you gonna hire a HS grad or a LSU grad, sure there are a lot of variables but come on....

1200 acres in MS..just bought 500 with 50 percent pasture where I'm splitting the money with a neighboring farm manager who bailed the hay..MS duck folks have agreed to do drainage for me in the spring for a 30-40 acre duck hole with me splitting the dirt movement with them. Never had a land manager with our family farm and wanting to maximize its potential.

Yea I know actually, I looked into it when I found out about that sweet lil thing out west that has some. I will convince her to marry me one day.

May look into getting some good stock down the road, see how it works out.
