does anyone know whos going o be paying for the ROV? I was thinking that maybe the helldivers could start a donation fund for Blakes family to pay for it, it cant be cheap. I gurantee The fishing and diving community wouldnt mind donating for this cause

Prayers to the family, i haven't ever dived before but would love to donate. Anyone who loves the outdoors is worth it. Especially with a little one on the way.

I'm a poor arse grad student and would find a way to give some money to the cause.

They had some trouble with the ROV today and couldn't get it down to the bottom. They are looking at bringing in a different ROV with a larger generator tomorrow in hopes of searching the bottom of the rig. His dad and siblings are damn determined to bring him home and the number of friends and volunteers helping with the search efforts has been amazing.
The family is paying for the ROV among other things.

OB,
Thanks for the prayer and wishes for my friend BT. The family and friend will be setting up " Blake Terry Search and Rescue Fund" after the CG quits with 24hrs. I will post all the information.
Thanks again.

Thanks for the update. Please let us know of anything we can do to assist in Blake's recovery. Prayers continue to go out for this family.

I just talked to my aunt, who is the mother of Blake's fiance, and they wanted to express their gratitude to everyone on here. It is a hard time for everyone and they appreciate all the prayers.
