Carson, not to poke any holes in Bowie's scientific method, but you would need to ask all of the people who got a Proceed if they have a TWIC card as well to validate your claim.

I've been fingerprinted twice when interning in the banking industry and once for a CCP and never had a delay. Then...I won an overnight stay at EBRPP after a particularly fun Christmas party and for about 6 months I would get delayed. Then back to all Proceeds.

OP have you ever been divorced?

Oh I know bro It's a crude study. We tried asking all of the proceeds but guys would forget. Not much consistency across 5 testers. In light of that, we scrapped it. The others could only remember to ask the delays, for whatever reason. Despite not having data on results for all transactions, I still find it interesting that 90% of delays were TWIC holders.

I have had a TWIC since they were instituted, never been delayed.

i get delayed every time. no reason i should. i previously held a TSC and have been told that could be a reason. others have told me that is not a reason to get delayed. dunno.
