I always bleed mine in an ice chest for at least 3 days before i process it. Does your processor hang the deer in a cooler for a while before processing?

get the wife or girlfriend to sew you up a sack out of material with a drawstring in it to put the whole deer in. It allows air to get to it, breathes, doesn't require ice as fast and keeps the flies off... wash with water hose or washing machine when done... been doing that for a lonnnnnng time..

If your woman won't sew buy one at cabela's or basspro. BTW Renta-women have a 1 hour minimum.
