Mother of God, that's some fine electrical wiring.
I'm guilty of this. I always think, "I'm not pulling that old wire unless I have a new wire attached to the end to fish it through. It'll always be there if I need it."

I do not think the old wires were ever removed.

That’s probably the most common thing I see that causes rats nest.

Yeah I normally pull a string or like 80lb mono back through rigging tubes when removing old wires, and leave it there when I’m done in case they want to add anything down the line

I might be interested but it would be towards end of the year. Got 2-3 boats already lined up for next few months. One is a full restoration so that one’s probably gonna take me a while
No problem, let me know when you are ready.

I’m in BR. Very familiar with that model Nautic Star since I have one lol.
Sounds good. Let me know when you have availability. I don’t mind the work itself but not sure about where to mount speakers and how to go about running the wires. I figured I’d leave that to someone more knowledgeable. I’m in Slidell so not too far away for me to bring it to you.

This would make a great youtube channel. Show how things are planned out and then the execution. I'd watch it anyway. Of course filming the shite would add 3x the time to do it.
