As many times as I’ve dealt with costa, never have I sent in a pair that the lenses were obviously abused. Always a “Mais I slipped on some pogey in my skiff and my shades bounced off the gator tail handle me”.

How are they with busted lenses? I’ve seen advertisements for other lenses that are way cheaper and possibly better. What are the go to replacement costa lenses nowadays?

Send em in. They'll probably replace the entire pair.

Do you have a receipt for them or anything?

I just sent a pair back and they had me pick out a new pair as that one was not supported.

Frame broke. Lenses looked awesome.

Not anymore.

This happened in April. I have a pair that I was wearing while I was working in the landscaping. Leash got caught on a bush when I stood up, they popped and flung off my face and cracked the lens

Sent in a claim, which these were well out of warranty, and they gave me an estimate of $160 to repair. I inquired about if this would be a new pair or just replacing the lens. They said it would be the lenses only.

My frames were old and the coating was peeling around the eyepieces and the ear socks so I wasn’t spending that kind of money only to have the frames break shortly after. Ended up just buying a pair of Maui Jim’s instead.

Same result for me last time. Essentially the cost of buying a new pair.

Same same, but I voiced my displeasure to customer service on their new policy as it broke their traditional reputation about the warranty. I was mostly nice, but still very disappointed.

They gave me a 50% off code to make up for their crappy warranty.

Yea they turned me down at first also.

I logged into my old online account i used on the previous swap and was able to give them a date and order number for the pair I have that broke.

Two days later they offered to replace them entirely.

Revant optics sell lenses for most manor brands. I'm on my 3rd set of lenses, wear them to work and get scratched so every few months I spend $50 for new polarized lenses. Frame still in good enough shape
