False for you I guess. but i got denied. So not sure what to tell you. When did you do this return?
like i said in the past I also got new pairs due to rubber issues, but this was this month that my wife's 2 pairs had the rubber fall off and the repair got denied.

Where are you seeing Lifetime warranty? All I see on their website is Limited.

Any you baws blind in ya right eye? Have pair of harpoons with a broken right lens I’ll give ya. Currently have four pair of costas and two pair of Smith that need to go back.
