Um I would get the banhammer if I posted the pics but it was gorgeous specimen.

A young doe 4'11 at the shoulder with auburn colored hair and ample brisket. The poor thing came walking right at my stand and had apparently gotten tangled up in some sort of white lacy material.

Hell I wasnt even baiting that day. I was in total shock. Just another reason to bow hunt, it is just to cold and dangerous to see one of those creatures on your lease during rifle season.

Fortunately after the inital shock I was able to unquiver the arrow and she went down with ease.

Saw a humpback whale jump out of the water in Alaska. That's pretty awesome.

Sharks in a feeding frenzy near the beach in shallow water is pretty wild.

I saw more sea turtles this summer than I ever have. Even swap right next to one while free diving some snapper. It was really bad arse. Sea turtles are cool. Just like on Finding Nemo

Ok on a serious note I have seen bald eagles and Osprey catching fish, I have seen a black bear following a doe across Old River, a gator tossing a nutria around for fun, a coyote stalk me within 30 yrds, a leafcutter ant colony/trail that stretched out over 300 yrds, a boar turn and kill a shoat with one hit of the tusk under a feeder, and scissor tail flycatchers working mosquitos on a windy day.

Damn I gotta get outside. bye.

I saw a badger on the road in Grand Teton. I tried to stop and take pictures but he hauled arse.

I also saw a pod of Orca off of Victoria Island. They were beautiful.

A Giant sunfish while snorkeling. It was swimming directly towards me from around 30 feet way and was about 5 feet in height. I just COULD NOT figure out what the hell it was and started to get panicky. My gf later said "You aren't afraid of the sharks and moray eels but started backing away from a sunfish?"

This guy. He drew world wide attention and was by far the most awesome wolf ever encountered by man. Romeo was a lone wolf and used to play with the local dogs. Some hick killed him for the fun of it.

To the poster that wanted to see a grizzly up close. No you don't, I have seen one less than a foot away, was not fun.

Seen black bears, cougar, mountain lion, elk, moose, bob cats, big horn sheep and mountain goats.

Depends on the situation. When they are fishing, you can stand a few feet away with little problem.
