not my favorite way to prepare backstrap, but if you are looking to try something different...
MISSISSIPPI ROAST

this recipe is better with chuck roast, but the backstrap works too, just need a bit more liquid.

Salt, pepper, little olive oil, and grill on cherry wood. Set on top of a healthy amount of garlic butter when you plate. So good.
