I had to get the V2 since I am lefty. I recently bought a FN FNX-9 and everything on it is ambidextrous. It is really a nice shooting pistol but a little big for CC.

Why do you say that? My P2000 is fully ambidextrous, but I see the USPc doesn't have a slide release on one side. What makes the SA/DA more ambidextrous than an LEM model?

The USP and USP Compact V1 have the safety on the left hand side for a right-handed shooter whereas the V2 has the safety on the right hand side for a left-handed shooter. The mag release is ambidextrous and the slide release is only on the left hand side on both the V1 and V2.

That's really strange, but I see what you're talking about on the parts list. They sell an Ambidextrous control arm, but it's spendy.

I bought the extended mag release, if you find yourself having trouble the original one it's worth a look.

The majority of the time, you'll find me carrying a Kahr CW45 in a Side Guard Holsters "Tuck Clip" and a Kahr 7+1 extension mag.

You should remove that magazine disconnect safety... No need for it if the gun is for CC.

I carry a Ruger SR9c or Kahr CM9. Both have different roles in my rotation.
