Advanced Weapon Systems for $15 according to gunbroker. I would call to confirm.

Barking irons is $25. I don't mind paying extra for them, best customer service at a firearm shop in Baton Rouge.

Not in Baton Rouge, But in Elmwood Annie Oakleaf Firearms Training offers transfers for $15 per transaction, $10 for military, NRA, and law enforcement.
