The quality is relative, but they're fine. They're just wet boats. You do NOT wanna run across a choppy lake in one, even a light chop, unless you wanna get wet.

I like them personally. We fish everywhere in my uncle's it'll beat you up pretty good in rough water, but you can get damn near anywhere in them.

This. I would have one, but I know where I fish a lot, and it would be fine. I would NOT wanna cross some of the bays in it, simply because a light chop will beat you to death and leave you soaking wet.

eta: It just isn't a bay boat, and as long as you know that going in, you're fine.

We have a 22ft. DLX, my brother and I can use it but not the other boats. They're definitely wet, it sucks not having a true V hull
