hate to be the bearer of bad news but you're only entitled to value of boat(assuming it's totaled, which I'm sure it is). I'd get a statement from an authorized dealer/appraiser stating what the retail value of the boat is on the current market. Geico won't agree to it but it's a starting point for negotiations.

OP--What do you think the boat is worth? You will not be getting a new boat, but a check for the value of the old one. Good luck finding a replacement.

I know they r gonna try and screw me. I should just walk into the office backwards since I know I'm gonna get assraped. Anyway, even though I say it's in good condition, I am aware of depreciation and fair market value. If I can get enough for a new GTR 35 or a down payment on a new rig, that would be OK.

try now to get the highest quotes and values you can find out there. This is your ONLY option right now. An appraiser friend may be helpful. Tim;s might can even do something for you.
