In North Dakota for work and want to do some hunting up here. Is it legal to have my AR mailed up here? On another note, has anyone ever gone prairie dog hunting?

I don't condone anything illegal but if you ship a package they don't really ask what's in it.

Yes and it is the best trip I've ever been on. We went in S. Dakota.

You're absolutely right...it was a joke...another reason to not like the USPS.

Sorry for the confusion.

FFL to FFL only.

No other way.

How long are you up there for? Wouldn't it be a lot cheaper to bring them back with you when you rotate home? Best case, just buy a new gun up there.

False, I just don't know if someone else can ship his gun to him. He can ship his gun to himself...

I think anyone can ship a gun to someone else within state lines, but I'm not sure about across state lines.

Do some research or listen to Wick. Either way you will accomplish your goal within the bounds of the law.

Yea that shouldn't matter in the shipping department. I guess a phone call to ups could put all this to rest.
