That stuff looks like snot when it's cold. My buddy used to do that, and it is nasty. He and I used to love to eat sardines while sac-a-lait fishing-made our third buddy think we were eating the bait.

I have vienna sausage cans scattered everywhere. Usually one or two in the truck, a couple in boat compartments, and maybe another in the ice chest. Goes great woth some type of cheese crackers and beer.

I eat Vienna sausages at the deer camp. I like when it's cold and they have all the gelatin on em. I also eat the hell out of smoked oysters.
