I just finished drying out a turkey breast in the oven. I managed to save it by turning it into a turkey bbq sandwich. But, I'd rather have that tenderloin.

Shoulda seen my fried backstrap. Fried with pancake mix and a little meal cause I didn't have any flour.

Grease was hot, beer was cold, and I wasn't stopping for going to the store.

Yours looks way better than your wife's. Hers coulda cooked for about another minute or two.

Cooked them on a high heat and rolled them several times.

As far as time, probably about 4-5 minutes. I just kind of poked them with a finger to determine when they were done.
