Nephew caught a damn bonefish today. Couldn’t believe it.

That’s fairly rare. There have been a few caught but they are all small and there is not an official size record kept in Bama.

Pretty cool story to tell.

There seems to be more of them popping up in the panhandle region the past few years. Snook and Permit too.

There are a bunch out of LA. Both offshore and in certain inshore areas. Dont think a lot of people are aware of it.

Yes.

Eta: saying "a bunch" might be misleading, but they aren't just random migrants. I know of at least 1 location that consistently produces them. And they are caught offshore from time to time.
