No offense intended - this is electronic troubleshooting 101. You need a basic meter or DC voltage tester to get started. Draw the circuit out on a piece of paper. Start at the battery, and work your way to the starter. Something is unhooked somewhere in that loop.

No, checked all known fuses, all still ok.

Need to look for unknown fuses. Pull the engine cover off, look in there.
Also check connections on the back of the key switch.
Are you sure you have at least 12V on the battery?

Do any of the other electronics work?

Fishfinder and trolling motor works.

Wouldn't those be on a different battery? Mine are.

My GPS and Power Pole are powered by cranking battery. I've considered adding an additional smaller battery for those but haven't installed one.

My ski boat did this. Turns out it had an inline fuse back near the batteries that blew and it kills everything including trim

Check the ground. Had this happen and disconnecting the negative from battery and reconnecting fixed it. After way too much time troubleshooting.

I changed the batteries around and now she works! Guess it was just a loose connection

Check the main GROUND connection.
Make sure it's tight.
