I ran my Kenner up on some rocks right by the Ostrica locks in Buras. They were underwater and i was at trolling speed. Still had to get out on the rocks in the Mississippi river and push my boat off of them. Got a couple small gouges in the gelcoat.
This was when the locks were down for so long for repair.Only way to get to the east side was to go through those canals to the south of the locks.
