Boat on rocks behind GI Update pg 2

There's a bay boat sitting on top of one of the rock jetties between Tahiti east and hurricane hole. Haven't heard anything, but from the looks of it, it had potential to be bad for those onboard.

Being that nav light is in, maybe they were running at night and didn't see it?
