Breckenridge. Night life gives it the advantage
ETA: this post would get better responses on the OT

Breckenridge, but you won't go wrong either way. Winter Park has Mary Jane which is great for bumps and tree skiing.

Yea, but sometimes you get more jackasses on the OT.I have heard Breckenridge for night life but we would be going strictly for skiing acutally snowboarding.

you all just ride laps or are you going to be hitting the terrain park too?

Not much on bumps just up and down good blues all day long.
Also, isn't Winter Park a little closer to Denver?
Thanks.

yeah, winter park is only an hour or so outside of denver.
it's been several years since i've been to either winter park or breck, but for your case i'd probably just do winter park since you aren't concerned with night life. the lift ticket is probably a bit cheaper, lodging should be a bit cheaper, and it's closer to denver. you shouldn't run out of interesting terrain either.

Breckenridge isn't much further plus you have copper not that far away. You could do two mountains in the same trip.

id go breckenridge.
a lot more terrain and plus you get acess to vail, keystone, copper and a few more that i forgot with that one lift ticket.
We did breckenridge this year and winterpark last year, both with lsu. I much rather brick. (not considering nightlife)

I've been to winter park three times and its alright nothing special. last year sucked because half of the runs were closed due to lack of snow. going to Breckenridge over Mardi Gras and have heard nothing but great things

If you don't know the mountain at Winter Park, it can be a tough time on a board, a lot of catwalks, and can easily find yourself in some bumps. I'd suggest Breck or Copper to snowboard.

Neither, I'd ski Copper.

Depends on what you want. Breck has better runs in my opinion and great nightlife. WP may be better suited for families, not so much night life. WP is NOT good for snowboarding, need to be on the Mary Jane side.
My opinion, consider Copper Mountain and Keyston also. Copper Mountain better than WP, < Breck. Vail, on the other hand, not too far from Breck, HUGE mountain and good night life.
