Looking for a couple small 8x12 metal sheds to leave down in GI. Needs a roll up door, at least 7' tall and a small window for an ac.

A couple custom places I looked at were like $3k a piece. There's got to be something cheaper...

I'm not sure what a great building is, but the ones I've priced so far are that much.

Waiting on a quote from Morgan. Hopefully they will be reasonable.

Negative. They don't have anything the right size, IL unless I'm just missing it.

Was just telling the wife yesterday that I wanted to get back in the metal building business building small portable metal buildings like that. But they would be all metal, except for the plywood floor, of course. Let me look up material prices tomorrow. If nothing else, I can probably tell you what it would cost to do it yourself or what not.

We built metal buildings for decades. Just before my dad passed he started talking about gettin out of that side of it and starting to build small portable buildings that were made of the same materials we used on larger buildings...on a smaller scales, of course...some of those little metal buildings are made out of flimsy junk to cut costs. But it really doesn’t save that much. That or they are either built with wood and just use metal sheets for the outside. Anyway, I kinda got out of the business altogether when he died. Done a few things for friends and myself over the past 5-6 years. Wouldn’t mind dusting the stuff off.

I’ll check on some stuff tomorrow just to get an idea of what it would run for that size.

I just got a quote for a 15x30 with 11’ sides and a 10x10 roll up door with side door for 5300$ installed. It’s for my boat so on a concrete slab. My neighbor does portable buildings i can ask him. But if you went this route a metal bldg that side would be a couple grand
