Walk them back . Hook up and walk them to back of boat

Exactly why I hate mangrove fishing. 5-10 years ago you use to pull up to rigs and actually catch quality fish consistently.

Nothing like fishing the 9 mile rigs out of fourchon on a weekend during red snapper season and having eternal redass the whole time

Anything and everything cheap. Literally any food you have that is small pieces they will eat.
I work offshore and grab the scrap bucket from the cook and just toss out spoonfuls at a time. Bury a small circle hook in some sausage or tasso (because its all I have to work with) and free line it in the chum.

Meaning poke holes in can and leave off side of boat?
Thanks for the info here. It looks like maybe not the best weekend but I may try to hit some close in rigs if I catch a decent weather window. Will def be bringing some different stuff than what we normally use if so and see if we have any success.
