Best Mosquito Repellent?

What's your go to? Is there any advantage of the common brands, like Off or Repel. I know thermacells are an obvious answer but what do you actually put on to help? I found that my deep woods off didn't do such a good job while waiting on teal birds.

I used to have this small bottle of Off that had like 95% deet. I think they stopped making them, but it sure as hell worked on my ankles

Big Hoss and I stayed mosquito free Saturday with just my Thermacell.

they still make that stuff or is that an old private reserve?

Everyone should have a Thermacell

I've got one. But I like to add spray too

actually, I think the active ingredient (DEET) is pretty much the same in all of them...just look for the highest % DEET and you should have the best.

I took Ben's 100% down to Panama with me and the locals bummed some off of me. We got into thick mosquitoes and their stuff just didn't work.
For every day I use the Repel 40% spray.

I have a case of 100 percent deet should i list it on Florida Craig's list ? I didn't know they stopped making it 100. I don't like it you can tast it its so strong. Deep woods off is plenty strong enough for me

I've not been overly impressed with the one I bought. However, the biggest drawback is that they take anywhere between 10-30 minutes for them to properly heat up. After that they seem to be OK.

There is not solution to those mutant rice field mosquitos but I use this. It's the best stuff I've found.

Ben's 100 is still available thru many sources.

Thanks for sharing last weekend, a hole

Skin so soft + Amber Romance from Victoria's Secret. You'll smell like a hooker but the bugs will not touch you.

My bad. I put it on at the same time I put your spray on by the truck. FWIW, it really didn't help. Those beasts are relentless.
ETA: I also had TWO thermacells running. The skeeters were laughing at me

What do they call that stuff?? "Cajun something"

Repel 100% and thermacells is the key. The Ben's 100 burned worse than mosquito bits and took the finish off my stock from my hands touching it. Also had a smell that was too strong for me while hunting.
