Big Bite 7" Trick Stick Watermellon/Red rigged Wacky, Zoom Cotton Candy/Chartreuse Lizard Texas Rigged or Carolina rigged depending on the bottom and water temp.
ETA: If there at sun up/sundown Buzz baits in the shallows, near cover. And, if topwater is on at all, zara spook of a fluke type soft bait on/near the surface is sure a lot of fun.

In my neighborhood pond, a Baby Bass Colored Shimmestick (like a senko) was very effective. Also had a lot of luck fishing a shaky head worm and the Hunny Bunny K2 craw in Blue June Bug Color.(I think these are discontinued)

My favorite for small ponds is a drop shot rig with a fluke jr. I use a light spinning setup and it it really makes catchy smaller bass more fun than wrenching them out of the water with a baitcaster. if you've never tried that rig go for it and it adds another element to pond fishing.

Rooster tails have always worked for me at ponds.

looks like every lure will work
eta: my two cents...of course not every pond is the same but most bass ponds have bream as the forage fish. if you want to catch bass and nothing but bass stay away from small lures (rooster tails, beetle spins, small cranks, etc).
