I can't get rid of my beretta 92 itch. It reminds me of my Smith and Wesson 39 (heirloom) gun. Kind of wanting this for new truck carry gun.

If it’s good enough for Riggs, it’s good enough for me.

I've wanted a 92 since I was a kid and saw Lethal Weapon and Die Hard. Will probably be my next pistol purchase.

I really didn't like the 92 at first, but it really grew on me the more I shot it

Ugly but it will go bang every time! You either hate them or love them. Glock that is, sorry the topic was 92 berettas. I say go for it as long as you can hit where your aiming with it.

Same here. They are hands down my favorite semi auto pistol. The gun shop in Athens is having a “cost day” sale New Years Eve and I will be there early for one. (And hopefully a decent deal on a Belgium A-5 Magnum).

I have a 92 Compact. I sent to Wilson Combat and had them do their 92 carry package with the action tune. It’s one of my favorite guns. The action tune is worth every cent. Bill Wilson is a huge 92 fan and has many upgrades.

I've always thought the trigger would be too far forward on the double action pull. I have a a Sig P229 w/ the the reduced reach trigger and its perfect. Also put new grips on a CZ75 D w/ a new mainspring and that thing is sweet too. The HK double/sinlges are nice too.

I love mine. Inox slide, black frame. Accurate. Never had a FTF or FTE with any ammo (I don’t shoot extremely cheap stuff, though). I replaced the polymer guide rod with a steel one, and repainted the sights with luminescent paint, but those are the only mods. I’m still thinking of sending the slide off for night sights. I want another.

First pistol I ever bought was a 92 when I turned 21. Always wanted one because of its aesthetics and it is definitely still my favorite looking pistol. Because of the first shot double action and long trigger pull it’s my least favorite shooting pistol I own though.

About $700 for everything. Included a refinish on the frame because they added checkering to front and back straps along with magwell work. Also put in fiber optic front bead,Wilson slim g10 grips,
