Take a big tall tree and short piece of rope and let them hang for everyone to see. If we made criminals (all races) aware there will consequences to their actions this shite would stop.

Should not matter where you stay!!! A person should be able to find a place to sleep without having to worry about getting robbed of killed for protecting his family or property no matter where he is. There should be no bad sides of towns.
