Just got email my Rugged Oculus 22 was approved.
4 business days (maybe 3 really as it was submitted at 5:30 pm) 8/8 - 8/14

I actually bought mine on 8/1. Silencer shop had to get it transferred to my local store. They already had everything to submit for form 4 but took around a week and a half to get that done and the form submitted.

Approved yesterday. Picked it up today. Emailed NICS and the ATF incredibly nice email. Got the standard response. Emailed a thank you and gracious email back, approved the next day.

I got one out of jail today .... a Trust baby Rugged Obsidian Alaskan 45. It had been there since February.
My FFL said to forgo Trusts henceforth .... NFA, where suppressors are concerned, is going away within the next three SCOTUS sessions.

I submitted an eForm Trust on August 2nd and it was approved on 9/11. Wasn't near as long as I was expecting.

I had 3 sitting. One since Feb. All trust. Got my last one approved in 41 days on wed. Wtf?!?! The other two still sitting.

With the current SCOTUS, with the three consecutive major 2A wins including Heller and Chevron Deference, and with the two massive hearing protection cases pending which have been adjoined by 21 state AGs ... the more I thought about what he said, the more it made sense. Plus both his Sons and he are attorneys so ... it makes sense.

I was with my Brother when he filed a non-trust F1 in Ann Arbor ... over 100 days ago. He still hasn't gotten his as of today.
It's all so hit and miss.

Call your House Reps office. They can get the fbi off their arse to process. If you auto approved you got it quick if not they are just not doing the checks. Three days after my reps office sent letters to the FBI it was approved..

The last 2 that I bought it took silencer shop longer to get the paper work ready and submitted than it did for the ATF to approve it.
