Anyone use a Browning BLR, especially in 308 or 7mm-08?

Opinions?

I have always been a bolt guy, but I think I want to add a lever action just for a change of pace.

Had one. Looked cool. Wasnt overly practical. Lever draw was long. It was heavy. It was expensive. Luckily, someone bought it from me. It was a .308

Have the blr81 in 7mm 08. Was my first rifle. Have killed plenty of deer with it. Will never get rid of it.

My dad has shot a Browning BLR since I was born. He recently bought a another. Both are sweet guns and I thought about getting one, but I like a bolt.

It's a non traditional lever gun. They're nice and very well made. I prefer a marlin or Henry.

I have one in 7mm-08. I’m partial to lever guns and it’s a good looking gun for sure.
