Thinking about making a trip to Venice, but I've been gone so much wife might put her foot down. Might just bring her and kill two birds with one stone.

Thinking about possibly making a trip to biloxi marsh saturday depending on winds. or maybe the lake for some brackish fishing if it's not to windy.

Friday and saturday look bad as far as no tide around chef pas, ICWW@Bayou Bienv. and shell beach. But Sunday looks pretty good for all those areas. Not a hard falling tide but steady drop throughout early morning, then steady rise from mid-morning on through rest of afternoon.

I'll probably be going back out Sunday. Just can't pass up this good bite on the bridge right now.

Yeti,

Like your shearwater Sig pic. Is that you're actual boat or just wishful thinking boat?

I guess it's neither. It's not my actual boat, but it's almost identical to our shearwater. It just makes for a better sig image than any pic I have of ours. The one in the pic has a hard T-top and a merc, and ours has a soft T-top and a yammy f250

ETA: shite, after looking at it, I guess the one in the pic is a 25 and ours is the 23

Gotcha. That is one fine boat nevertheless. Is that z2200 or 24? I have black z2200 with no top and black power pole and 250 pro xs. What year is that one. Y'all buy it new and from where? Sorry being nosey just love checking out others bad arse boats.

It's the z2200 hull. They changed the name a couple years ago and call them 23TE & 25TE, but it's the exact same hull. What's your top speed with that pro xs? 63 before the top and now I'm lucky if I can get 57

We bought it slightly used. It's a 2010 model and had 31 hours on it when we bought it this past spring.

With two people and half tank of fuel right at 62-63. Going with a stiff 15 mph wind got it up to 66 jack plate up and trimmed up by myself and less than 1/4 tank for just a minute. Motor was screaming. If I would have got the 300xs could probably get to low 70's.
