I don’t mess with points. I apply for non resident elk/big game combo. Pay about $1200. If I get drawn, I get drawn. If I don’t I get a refund. This is my fourth draw out of four attempts. Had a tag last year and couldn’t get out of town.

I drew a general elk, I should’ve had one of the breaks archery tags too but next time I suppose. Now, to hunt in the grizzly zone or not?

Drew Arizona early archery elk. Looks like it took 14 points to draw the unit, as I know of a guy who didn’t draw with 13 points.
