Guy I work with just moved from Georgia and is looking for an opening. My current lease is full so figured I'd ask here. Up to 2.5 hrs from Lafayette. Thanks.

Good luck in your search this late

Have him look into our free local resources that hold tons of deer. Maurepas, Thistlewaite, sherburne Tensas, etc.

Im not his buddy but I always keep an eye out for new spots. I'll drop a decent amount by poor mans standard's depending on the location and quality.

Are you talking the 5k neighborhood or 10+ neighborhood?

There's some spots open in the MS floodplain north of Vicksburg if he's willing to drive a bit further. It was either 5k or 500k I can't remember.

Not sure actually. He didn't say what he could afford. Just asked if I knew of any options so I figured I'd post it here taking a shot in the dark.

I've got several tracts available for lease in Newton County, TX. A 444 acre tract, 172 acre tract, and a 40 acre tract.

I know the guy with this land and they have lots of good property around their and woodville. All his land produces good deer and have good management on them.

If he's a hardcore guy make sure he's aware of all the public options we have, ESPECIALLY if he's a bow hunter.
