My nephew has been shooting a Bear since he was 11 or 12. Adjustable from 10-70 lbs and 14-30" draw length. I think it's this one.
cabelas
We got it from a local shop so they tuned it up for him. He's dead nuts with it.

Get the cheapest ready to hunt model that you can get. Any brand youth bow (bear or diamond) will be great for starting out and will have enough adjustment to grow with them.
I bought my daughter a bear apprentice 2 6-7yrs ago for like 200$ and it was smoother and quieter and faster than my first flagship high country bow from 1992!!

Bear, Diamond and Mission (Matthews) all make bows that have a wide adjustment range. At that age and the rapid growth rate I would definitely look into one of those options so it isn't outgrown and needing to be replaced in a few years. The archery market isn't like the gun market. You won't get your money back out of a bow 9/10 so buy for the long haul.

Bought my son a Diamond Infinite Edge when he was 11 or 12 to learn on.
It had an adjustable draw length and a very wide range of pull weight.
I'd highly recommend one for your son. My son, who's 18 now, still has his but has graduated to a better bow now.

Mission by Mathews
I owned one and both of my boys have one. I used mine for 6 years before finally buying a Mathews. My oldest has had his 12-13 years, my youngest phase had his for 5.
They can use them as they grow and shoot them as adults if they want.
