Only time it bothers me is during duck season. I've had guys pull into our ponds on opening weekends at 7 am. And these are well off the beaten path. Bass holes are all over the place and they'll block a ditch like they own the place. More than once I've had to take it across the marsh to avoid on of those glitter boats. And then they get pissed when you run them out.

I didn't fish much during duck season, but just let me say almost all the guys that I know in bckfc are really good about keeping distance. I know there are the jackasses but most of em are good

Those guys aren't my problem, if I would see a guy in a yak near my blind I'd run over with water and MRE, he's been lost for a while.

I saw zero signs out there. So you are saying that once the tide goes out and silt is made visible it becomes part of someone's property?
This is the second year these guys do this without any issues. No one liters or messes up any of the property on point barre rd or in the marsh. Just guys going ride in some mud and BBQing on a boat.
There's a real big mud ride in south east Texas in 2 weeks. Should be 70-90 boats

No signs needed. But if the state doesn't have a claim to the water bottoms, then you were trespassing more than likely.
