Not sure if they sold the houses, but they built at the end of my parents street in high school. The woman was 35 or 36. A year younger than me.

They never sold it.

Did you play soccer by chance?

I was told there were 6 there by close friends. Not that it matters in such a tragic situation.

Happened in my dads hunting club. Pontoon boat duck blind capsized. 7 on board, 3 still missing. Very sad

I work with the guy whose wife and son died. He’s a really good guy. This shite has had a lump in my throat since I heard it was his family. Prayers to all involved.

Would you guys exchange emails already.

Sad situation and an incident many of us need to learn from, as hard as it may be sharing the details of the incident are important for others to learn.

For the record waders do make you sink, last year a young guy drowned in Delta wildlife refuge when his boat sank.

May have drowned with waders but the wades making you drown has been debunked many many times

Google the videos here's one

In a heavy current wader can catch he current and pull you

But water filling waders neither causes you to sink or float - no effect on buoyancy

From the way it sounds having only one exit and being enclosed, a converted pontoon seems likely
