I took my wife to the range yesterday and she shot my 10mm 1 time, gave me a sour face and said I don’t like that one

That’s how my wife was with all my handguns except my Taurus TX22

Yeah, 10mm is a handful. I have a p220 that I have a hard time pulling the slide back. But it is softer shooting that the Delta Elite which is pretty snappy.

It’s my STI 10mm and I can hardly pull the slide back. I’m hoping it softens up with a few thousand rounds through it. I shot 48 through it yesterday so got a long ways to go. Takes a while shooting 8 at a time
She likes my Canik TTI combat the most so I’ll be looking into some softer shooting comped/ported options and
a few 2011’s for her.
I keep trying to build a platypus but get caught up in all the color options. Wanted something other than straight black but not too wild.
Also waiting on the Archon Type B with ports or comp. Should be out shoot and would like one in FDE.
Y’all would have been proud of me rocking my bright pink Uplula.

A full size Canik is one of the smoothest shooters out there. It’s the only brand of 9mm I even buy anymore.
