I believe it is called Feliciana Seafood in St Francisville. It is a gas station on North side of town on 61.

Also, in Central, there is some place that does it. I just cannot remember who it is. It is either Days or Romeros.

Used redline for the first time last week. Good people that started this place. Tried the brown sugar pepperjack. Better than the steens cane I’ve been getting from Romeros, though I’m happy with Romeros. This sausage you can cook on the pit and enjoy the extra sweetness, but not to sweet that u couldn’t use in gumbo or jambalaya. If I kill another, it’s going there. Btw, I saw on Facebook they’re not taking anymore deer until Monday due to the high volume of deer they’re getting. Said they’re upgrading to higher capacity equipment

I used Pete Giavenco in St. Rose a lot when I lived down that way. Idk if he’s still at it, know he had some health issues. Makes a wide variety of stuff including tamales that l like a smidge better than Mickey Browns. I think his place was called Deer Depot

I’ve never used them but I hear that Coon’s in Tylertown is very good. They have a strong following up here.
Before I started doing my own I always used Vines in Centreville. They have a really good smoked sausage and you can grab a fine lunch while you are there.

Been meaning to update. Took it to Leblanc's and couldn't be more pleased. These burritos are awesome! They let me sample the Red Neck Roll when I went to pick it up and I'm going back for these. And it took only 3 days to pick it all up...not 6 weeks. Dropped it off on Monday picked up on Thursday. Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I've found my place!

Coons makes a great pineapple jalapeño sausage and I like his summer sausage, when he gets busy he can be a little cranky though

Closer to McComb than Tylertown, about 15 miles east of I 55 on hwy 44

They are under new ownership. It’s their second year and things seem to be moving smoothly.

So far have had the Days burritos and snack sticks I just got back and both have been great. My Cajun and breakfast sausage from Tramontes has been on point also. I need another freezer for the next one.
