I used to have a 2wd f150 that i got leveled. Just like you, i didnt want mud tires or anything. Just wanted it to look good. Im guessing someone else other than me thought it looked pretty good too considering it was stolen a few months later.

So what you are saying is that your truck can't handle a 5x10 trailer...must be a Ferd

Instead of picking up the front have you considered just bringing the rear down with a 2" drop shackle?

stock truck, pretty sure I'm ok, any truck will go down I little in the back with a trailer on it. just that little bit kicks them HID light up like I'm on brights the whole time. getting tired of being flashed.

go with a 2" level

i have a 2" on my 4x4 and its almost perfectly level.....i assume the rake on a 4x2 is about the same

it hasn't affected ride at all....as for wear and tear, I doubt it makes a huge difference, though it probably does have some effect

i would not worry about the ride though...mine still rides great

I'll go ahead and add "drop shackles" to the list of things never to bring up again.

Headlights are adjustable

So I have a lift kit, chrome rims, a personalized LSU license plate, and a purple and gold small Sportsmen Fluer De Lis on the back glass............ How trashy am I

And once I got drunk enough to let a hog ride in the back seat....
